This was the second commission I had from BlackRock. The brief was to generate all the assets they required for their UK Pensions Conference 2009. The conference was to be held at the Tower of London and as such the concept behind the animations was to reflect the different aspects of the tower and its history.

The entire project creative was based on the use of blocks as the core elements. As a string of blue and silver blocks flew through the scenes more blocks would reveal the sections, leading up to build the final image and the title for each section.

There were several versions of the movie generated: a full length version and 3 condensed versions plus an extended version. Alongside the main animations I also had to produce a series of shorter animations that sat in the same style that were used as secondary material for use on websites and other digital media. The sample to the left is just one part of the full project.
